Riyadh Masters 2023: Play-In Betting Preview

Group A

  1. Team Liquid (9.0)
  2. Team Aster (30.0)
  3. Entity (35.0)
  4. Virtus.pro (50.0)
  5. TSM (55.0)
  6. Execration (60.0)

Compared to the other Group, Group A seems to be more clearcut compared to Group B.

Firstly, the favourite is as clear as daylight, with Team Liquid placing third at last year’s TI 2022, maintaining their form in the most competitive Dota 2 region – WEU.

Meanwhile, Team Aster from China will be going toe to toe with Entity with both teams almost equally favoured for the second seed according to the esports odds. However, Aster has the edge considering their impressive international experience.

Group B

  1. Quest Esports (13.0)
  2. 9Pandas (16.0)
  3. beastcoast (20.0)
  4. OG (28.0)
  5. Xtreme Gaming (28.0)
  6. Team Secret (33.0)

This next group has a much tighter group of teams as evident by the outright odds provided by the esports betting site.

Placing fourth at the Bali Major, Quest Esports are favoured by the odds to come out on top in Group B. Yet, not by a mile, as 9Pandas (former HellRaisers) are a formidable team from Europe who’ve beaten some of the best teams in the world.

Otherwise, beastcoast is also in the mix as a tough North American squad with a fair chance at being one of the two teams to make it to the Group Stage.
